We bought an $1100 couch, the one with two electrical slide outs. We bought from the one on the showroom, knowing that these seats will probably slide toward the arm rest someday. We got it sure enough straight to arm rest, went to the store and they wanted $75 an hour to go look at. This piece of S___ is not worth the trouble to fool with, we waited in the store for 2 hours to buy a couch? I've bought cars for less time than that. No service after sale, no I'm sorry sales people in there change every week, this whole store sucks.
